It's rare to find such a personable agent. Lisa wasn't sales-y or pushy.  We loved how she kept us informed constantly, we never had to wonder where things were at with showings and what the market around us was doing. We sold within a month! She was smart and added a clause that extended our moving day 'til we found our new place.  She did a lot of leg work to pre-qualify the houses we would go see. We're so grateful.  We would never have explored the neighbourhoods we did had Lisa not educated us about the options and values in Simcoe County!
